A six-stage process with no mystery steps
You will always know what is happening this week, what is being tested, and which number it is meant to move. Here is the entire sequence, including what we need from you at each point.
Each stage in detail
Discovery
A 45-minute call about margins, constraints and what good looks like in twelve months. No deck. We ask about unit economics before we ask about ad accounts, because the second question is meaningless without the first.
Audit
Read access to everything: ad accounts, GA4, Search Console, CRM, store. We produce a written audit of what is broken, ranked by cost of leaving it broken. You keep this document regardless of what happens next.
Strategy
Channel mix modelled against your margins, a 90-day roadmap with named owners and dates, and a forecast with a low, expected and high case — each with its assumptions written down.
Build
Measurement first, then campaigns, pages, creative and flows in a staged sequence. Nothing launches before the tracking that will judge it.
Optimise
A standing weekly cycle: review, decide, ship. You get a Monday note in plain English — what changed, what it did, what is next — plus a live dashboard you can open any time.
Compound
Every 90 days we re-forecast, retire what is not working, and shift budget toward assets that keep producing without spend. This is the stage most agencies never reach because they never plan for it.
What a normal month looks like
The single most common complaint about agencies is silence followed by a monthly deck. Our cadence is designed so nothing is a surprise and you never have to chase a status update.
Key takeaways
- A Monday note every week, in plain English, whether or not there is good news.
- A live dashboard you can open without asking us for a report.
- A quarterly re-forecast, so the plan reflects reality rather than what we hoped in January.
| Cadence | What happens | What you get | What we need from you |
|---|---|---|---|
| Weekly | Optimisation cycle across every active channel | Monday note: changes, results, next actions | Nothing — unless a decision needs you |
| Fortnightly | Working call with the strategist | Live walkthrough, open questions answered | 45 minutes |
| Monthly | Performance review against the roadmap | Written report with commentary, not just charts | Approvals for the next month's plan |
| Quarterly | Business review and re-forecast | QBR deck, revised forecast, next-quarter roadmap | 90 minutes with a decision-maker |
| Ad hoc | Anything urgent | Same-day response in working hours | A message — no ticket system |
Why we spend two weeks before touching a campaign
It looks like delay. It is the reason the following twenty-two weeks work.
Duplicate conversions
Found in most audits. A purchase counted two or three times makes every channel look profitable and sends budget to the wrong place.
Browser-only tracking
Typically loses around a third of conversions to privacy features and blockers. Bidding algorithms then optimise on two-thirds of the truth.
Wrong conversion goal
Optimising to form fills rather than qualified leads means the algorithm finds you the cheapest possible bad leads — very efficiently.
Process questions
How long until we see results?
It depends heavily on the channel. Paid media restructures typically show meaningful movement in four to eight weeks once learning phases complete. SEO and content take four to seven months for competitive terms. Email and WhatsApp automation often produce measurable revenue within three to four weeks because the audience already exists. We give you a range per channel in the strategy stage rather than one flattering number.
What do you need from us to start?
Read access to your ad accounts, analytics, Search Console, CRM and store; your gross margin or average deal value; and one person who can make decisions without a committee. That is genuinely it for the audit stage.
Who do we talk to day to day?
Your growth strategist, who owns the account relationship and the numbers. Channel specialists join calls when their channel is the topic. There is no account manager relaying messages between you and the people doing the work.
What if we disagree with a recommendation?
We will explain the reasoning and the evidence, and if you still disagree, it is your business and your budget. What we will not do is implement something we believe will lose you money without recording that we advised against it — which protects both of us later.
Can we pause the engagement?
After the initial three-month term, yes — with 30 days' notice. Paid media can be paused and resumed relatively cleanly. SEO and content programmes lose momentum when paused and take time to rebuild, so we will always tell you what a pause actually costs before you decide.

The discovery call is free, takes 45 minutes, and produces at least two specific things you can fix whether or not you work with us.
