The real problem

Most marketing doesn't fail at execution.
It fails at connection.

Five vendors, five dashboards, five stories about who deserves credit. Meanwhile the customer experiences one brand and takes one journey. Here is what that disconnect actually costs.

Channels that argue over the same lead

Your Meta agency and your Google agency both claim the same conversion. Last-click says one thing, the platform says another, and you fund the wrong channel for two quarters.

Traffic that never becomes revenue

Rankings improve, sessions climb, and the sales team feels nothing. Traffic without offer, page speed, proof and follow-up is a cost centre with a nice-looking graph.

Invisible in the answers people now read

A third of research now ends inside an AI answer. If your entity, schema and quotable facts aren't there, you are absent from the shortlist before the click ever existed.

Where buyers actually start product research in 2026

Search is still first - but it is no longer the only first. Respondents could select more than one starting point, so shares exceed 100%.

What we do

Twenty services. One team. One number.

Every service below can be bought alone - but they are designed to feed each other. Ad creative becomes organic content. SEO keywords become ad copy. Lifecycle data becomes better targeting.

  • Query mining & negative keyword hygiene
  • Feed optimisation for Shopping/PMax
  • Profit-based bidding with offline conversions

Advantage+ campaigns backed by a real creative testing engine - because on Meta, creative is the targeting.

  • Weekly creative iteration cycles
  • Conversions API & event-quality repair
  • Cold / warm / retention budget splits

LinkedIn Ads

Account-based media for long sales cycles - built to fill pipeline, not to buy the cheapest possible lead.

  • ABM list building & matched audiences
  • Document, thought-leader & conversation ads
  • CRM-closed-loop reporting

SEO Services

Technical, on-page, content and digital PR run as one programme - the channel that keeps paying after the invoice stops.

  • Crawl, Core Web Vitals & index management
  • Topical clusters & internal-link architecture

Get cited inside AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity and Gemini answers - the new zero-click shortlist.

  • Keyword-to-cluster mapping
  • Expert-reviewed, first-hand content
  • Refresh cadence for decay control

Video Editing & Production

Short-form that stops the scroll and long-form that sells. Shot lists, edits, captions, hooks and variants at ad-testing volume.

  • Product, explainer & testimonial films

Graphic Design

Brand systems and performance creative from the same studio, so your ads look like your brand and still convert.

  • Packaging, decks & marketplace A+ content

Social Media Management

Platform-native content, community management and a publishing engine that survives contact with reality.

  • Content pillars & 30-day calendars
  • Community replies & social listening
  • Organic-to-paid amplification loops

Email Marketing Automation

The highest-margin channel you already own. Flows, segments and deliverability that turn a list into a revenue line.

  • Welcome, cart, browse & win-back flows
  • RFM segmentation & send-time logic
  • Deliverability, SPF/DKIM/DMARC repair

WhatsApp Marketing Automation

Open rates print money when the channel is used with restraint. Official Business API, opt-in hygiene, real conversation flows.

  • WhatsApp Business API setup & templates
  • Abandoned-cart, COD-confirm & reorder flows
  • Chatbot routing to human handover

Website Design & Development

Fast, accessible, schema-ready sites built to rank and convert - not templates dressed up with plugins.

  • Core Web Vitals as a build requirement
  • Structured data & content architecture baked in
  • WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or hand-built

Ecommerce Management

Catalogue, pricing, promotions, inventory signals and channel mix - the unglamorous work that decides whether ads are profitable.

  • Shopify / WooCommerce / marketplace ops
  • Merchandising & promotional calendars
  • Contribution-margin reporting by SKU

Ecommerce Listing Optimization

Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Etsy and more - titles, bullets, backend terms, A+ content and images engineered for rank and conversion.

  • Marketplace keyword research
  • A+ / EBC modules & image sequencing
  • Review velocity & Q&A management

Affiliate Marketing

A performance channel you only pay for on results - provided the tracking, terms and partner mix are set up properly.

  • Network selection & in-house programmes
  • Publisher recruitment & commission design
  • Fraud, coupon-leak & incrementality control

Influencer Marketing

Creator partnerships selected on audience fit and evidence, briefed properly, and measured on incremental sales.

  • Creator vetting & audience-authenticity checks
  • Briefs, usage rights & whitelisting
  • Code / link attribution and repurposing to ads

Conversion Rate Optimization

Small percentage lifts on the pages that already get traffic beat any amount of new traffic to a page that doesn't convert.

  • Session replay, heatmap & funnel diagnosis
  • Hypothesis backlog & statistical A/B testing
  • Offer, pricing-page & checkout experiments

Analytics & Tracking

If measurement is wrong, every decision downstream is wrong. GA4, GTM, server-side tagging, consent mode and CRM stitching.

  • GA4 + GTM rebuilds and event design
  • Server-side tagging & Conversions API
  • Looker Studio dashboards you actually read
How the pieces fit

The Credex Growth Engine

Six stages, one measurement core. Every service we sell plugs into a stage, and every stage reports into the same analytics layer - so nobody has to argue about whose channel deserves the credit.

Stage 1 — Attract

Demand capture + demand creation

SEO and GEO capture people already searching. Paid social and video create demand from people who weren't. You need both; one is cheaper, one is scalable.

Stage 2 — Engage

Content that earns a second visit

Comparison pages, buyer guides, video and social keep you present through a research cycle that can run weeks, not minutes.

Stage 3 — Convert

Pages built to close

Speed, proof, clarity of offer and a form that works on a phone. CRO is where 1% beats a 10% traffic increase.

Stage 4 — Close

Follow-up that doesn't leak

Email sequences, WhatsApp nudges and retargeting for the 97% who weren't ready the first time.

Stage 5 — Retain

Second and third purchase economics

Retention is where profit lives. Lifecycle flows, loyalty design and post-purchase content raise LTV so you can afford to outbid competitors.

Stage 6 — Expand

Other people selling for you

Affiliates, creators and referral programmes turn happy customers and aligned partners into a distribution network.

The engine, drawn

Nothing runs in isolation. Every stage feeds data back into the measurement core, which reallocates budget.

Key takeaway

  • Attract without Convert is expensive traffic.
  • Convert without Retain is a treadmill — you re-buy every customer.
  • Any stage without Measurement is a guess wearing a dashboard.
How we work

6-stage process with no mystery steps

2. AuditAccounts, analytics, site, competitors, SERP & AI visibility.
3. StrategyChannel mix, budget model, forecast, 90-day roadmap.

01

Week 0 : Discovery & access

We ask about unit economics before we ask about ad accounts. Then we take read access to everything: ads, analytics, CRM, store, search console.

Deliverable: scoped proposal + forecast
02

Weeks 1–2 : Audit & measurement repair

Nothing gets optimised before it gets measured properly. We fix GA4, conversion events, server-side tagging and attribution first.

Deliverable: audit doc + tracking plan
03

Weeks 2–3 : Strategy & roadmap

Channel mix modelled against your margins, a 90-day roadmap with owners and dates, and an honest forecast with a range — not a single flattering number.

Deliverable: 90-day roadmap
04

Weeks 3–6 : Build & launch

Campaign structures, landing pages, creatives, content briefs, email and WhatsApp flows go live in a staged sequence, not all at once.

Deliverable: live campaigns + assets
05

Ongoing : Weekly optimisation

A standing weekly cycle: review, decide, ship. You get a Monday note with what changed, what it did, and what is next.

Deliverable: weekly note + live dashboard
06

Quarterly : Compounding review

Every 90 days we re-forecast, retire what is not working, and shift budget toward the assets that keep producing without spend.

Deliverable: QBR + next-quarter plan

Three problems, three different answers

Notice that none of these were solved by "spending more". Two of them involved spending less in the wrong place.

Senior-only delivery

The person who runs your account is the person who joins the call. We do not staff accounts with people learning on your budget.

You own everything

Ad accounts, analytics, domains, creative files, documentation. If we part ways, nothing is held hostage.

Forecasts with ranges

We give you a low, expected and high case with the assumptions written down — so a miss is a learning, not an argument.

We say no

If a channel won't work for your margin, we'll tell you before you sign, not in month four. We've turned down work for this reason.

Frequently asked questions

The questions we get on almost every first call, answered the way we'd answer them on the call.

What does a full-service digital marketing agency actually do?

A full-service digital marketing agency plans, executes and measures every online channel a business uses to acquire and keep customers. At Credex Media that means paid advertising on Google, Meta and LinkedIn, search engine optimization, generative engine optimization for AI answers, content and video production, social media management, email and WhatsApp automation, ecommerce management, affiliate and influencer programmes, web development and conversion rate optimization.

The difference between "full-service" and "many services" is whether they are reported against one revenue number or five separate channel dashboards. We do the former.

How much should a business spend on digital marketing?

Most growing businesses invest 7–12% of gross revenue in marketing. Ecommerce brands in competitive categories often run 15–20% during an active growth phase, and early-stage companies buying their first market position sometimes exceed that deliberately.

The more useful question is the split. A practical early-stage allocation is roughly 55% paid acquisition, 20% content and SEO, 15% creative production, 10% lifecycle and CRO. As organic and owned channels compound, paid's share should fall toward 28% — see the budget chart above. If paid never falls below half your budget after three years, you are renting demand rather than building it.

How long does SEO take to show results?

Technical and on-page fixes can move rankings in 4–8 weeks. Content-driven ranking for competitive commercial keywords typically takes 4–7 months. Terms that depend on domain authority take 9–12 months or longer.

Anyone promising page-one for a competitive head term in 30 days is either targeting a keyword nobody searches or is about to do something that gets you penalised. We use paid media as the bridge: it buys demand at a known cost while SEO builds a channel that keeps producing after you stop paying per click.

What is generative engine optimization and do I need it?

Generative engine optimization (GEO) is the practice of getting a brand cited inside AI-generated answers on Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Gemini and Copilot. It matters because a growing share of research now ends inside an AI answer without a click to any website.

You need it if your buyers research before purchasing — which is nearly every category with a considered purchase. GEO relies on clean structured data, quotable 40–60 word answer blocks, verifiable statistics, consistent entity signals across the web, and permitting AI crawler user agents. We include it in every SEO retainer at no extra cost. Read the full GEO service page →

Do you work with businesses outside India?

Yes. We work with clients across India, the United States, the United Kingdom, the UAE, Australia, Canada and Singapore. Reporting, calls and creative are delivered in English, and account teams maintain at least four hours of working overlap with your time zone.

What is the minimum engagement to work with Credex Media?

Single-channel retainers start with a three-month minimum, because meaningful paid or SEO data does not exist before then and judging the work earlier is guesswork. Multi-channel growth programmes run on six or twelve month terms with quarterly break clauses. One-off projects — a website build, a listing optimization sprint, a video package — are quoted as fixed-scope work with no retainer at all. See pricing and engagement models →

Who owns the ad accounts, analytics and creative files?

You do — always, and from day one. We work inside your Google Ads, Meta Business Manager, GA4 and CRM under agency access. Creative source files, documentation and playbooks are delivered to a shared drive you control. If the engagement ends, we run a handover call and remove our access; nothing needs to be rebuilt.

Can we start with one service and add more later?

Most clients do. The common entry points are Google Ads, Meta Ads or SEO, and the common second addition is email and WhatsApp automation — because it is the fastest way to raise the return on media you are already buying. There is no penalty for adding or removing services at a month boundary after the initial term.

What happens on the free strategy call?

Forty-five minutes, no deck. We ask about your margins, your current channels, what you have tried, and what "good" would look like in twelve months. You leave with at least two specific things to fix whether or not you hire us — usually a measurement gap and a budget-allocation issue. If we do not think we are the right fit, we say so on the call and, where we can, point you at someone better suited.
